At Sara Perfume, we hope you enjoy your fragrance. However, if you change your mind, please read our return terms below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if the perfume is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed perfumes cannot be returned unless faulty.

  1. Cooling-Off Period

In line with UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To qualify, the item must be returned sealed and in resalable condition.

  1. Return Process & Costs

To request a return, you must notify us in writing (by email or letter) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, the product must be returned within 14 days.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

  1. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item was incorrect item or sent in error.

  1. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, and cover the cost of return shipping.
